I was wide awake at 4am, and got up about 5am. I opened the chickens pen and put their food in, but they were still in bed. I watched the quail - and heard them singing - it was just perfect. Cold, but perfect.
I spent some time in my studio working - then looked out the window and saw this……..

This was shot at one of our restaurant visits last trip to NY. The lobster was great, both when looking at it, and when tasting it :-)
The people I was travelling with got used to my strange habit photographing all the restaurant food I ate :-D
